Deleting your PolyHour account

In the app (immediately)

1. Open PolyHour on your computer or in the browser at polyhour.app/app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Data Management → Delete account.
3. Type DELETE, confirm with your password (or by signing in with Google) and click Delete account forever. If the app is in Polish, the word to type is USUŃ.

By email

If you can't sign in, write from your account's email address to support@polyhour.app with the subject “PolyHour – delete account”. We will delete the account within 30 days and confirm it by email.

What is deleted

• The account (email address, ID, sign-in method).
• All data in the cloud: projects, time entries, tasks, settings, auto-tracking statistics.
• The copy of the data on the device you delete the account from, and the connection to Google Calendar.

Nothing is kept after deletion. The “PolyHour” calendar in your Google Calendar belongs to you and stays — you can delete it in Google Calendar. On other devices where you were signed in, sign out to remove their local copy.
